Instructions for returns and exchanges

Returned or exchanged goods must not affect resale, otherwise we have the right not to return or exchange them.
The return shipping costs for returned goods (due to incorrect sizes) will be borne by the customer, but this website will bear the shipping costs incurred by re-sending the goods.
The return freight for returned goods (due to damage or wrong payment) must be shipped by SF Express and written "collect" on the courier note. We will also bear the freight incurred by re-sending the goods.
